Generell ein TOLLES Video aber ACHTUNG! Das Video an und führ sich ist ca. min. 10 Jahre alt. Einen Kite beim Relounch nach hinten zu kippen ist ein nogo mittlerweile ( Leinenverdrehung). Die neuen Kites (außer C-Kites) ab 2012 machen den Relounch automatisch! Aber sonst wie gesagt toll als crashkurs! Generell gibt dieser Kurs kein Kitekurs wieder weil sämliche Sicherheitsaspekte nicht gezeigt werden! Deshalb mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Beste Grüße und hang loos ( Kitelehrer)

Sehr anschaulich. Vielen Dank! Habe eine Buggy-Lizenz (aber praktisch keine Erfahrung bzw. nur mit Revs im Stehen) und würde am liebsten das Kite-surfen lernen. Habe ein Bammel vor der fehlenden Kondition, Kraft und möglichen Verdrehungen/Verletzungen.

Die Erklärung des Begriffs anluven ist nicht richtig. Anluven bedeutet, dass man den Kurs ändert und dann höher am Wind fährt (steiler richtung Wind). Das Gegenteil von anluven heißt abfallen, aber beides bezeichnet immer eine Richrungs- bzw. Kursänderung. Das beschriebene und gemeinte upwind fahren nennt man richtigerweise "Höhe laufen"!!! ❤ Das Video finde ich für Kite Anfänger sehr interessant und hilfreich!

That, is a very bad idea, you should at least flag the kite first and attach the safety line to the boat before working you way up the centre lines !

Wow, I never comment on videos, but this is seriously not the (safe) way to do this. You should use a cleat to attach the leash and chicken loop first, then drop the kite and let the lines go off the bar. Then check lines. Then launch. Then transfer to your harness.

Sure, dump your lines m and pray that your lines are not messed up. Not a great way to teach people how to do it the right way

My lines always get tangled when I release it into the water.

does a kiter really need a leash? does the safety of the kite cause danger to the kiter? I would rather trash a kite than get hurt. and thanks so much for these videos, really like the way she speaks english.
